AND CONDITIONS UK

Definitions
You, the Customer, a doctor, or nurse, or practitioner, on behalf your company/organisation,
buying Products from SUPERDRAGON TCM UK Ltd ( we, us, our, SUPERDRAGON).
SUPERDRAGON are the product/ services vendor as identified on your invoice,
agreement and receipt.
You must have
full Medical Malpractice & Public/Products Liability Insurance. You are not
a patient or consumer. All product information provided in this website is
only for practitioners and not giving medical advice for individual patient.
If you are a patient, you must consult your doctor for medical advice.
SUPERDRAGON provide you acupuncture
needles marked with the brand of SUPERDRAGON, HUAN QIU and HAWTO.
SUPPERDRAGON provide you herbs marked with the brand of SUPERDRAGON or
third-party partners' brand.
Receipt of product or services (with description of services) ordered by
you, send by SUPERDRAGON
Any agreement made between you and us applies to this sale, service and all
statements made by SUPERDRAGON in brochures, price lists, promotion leaflet,
advertisements, quotations, on the internet or verbally. Any variations to
this Agreement must be confirmed by SUPERDRAGON in writing. Placing
your order means acceptance of this agreement signed by both you and us.

Quotations and
orders
Quotations are only valid in writing and during the period that they state.
If unstated, the period is 30 days (including third-party Products). Orders
may be received by writing, email, online form submit, telephone or fax but
are only binding when accepted by SUPERDRAGON. SUPERDRAGON reserves the
right to change products including third-party products at any time. All our
quotations exclude VAT at rate of 17.5% in the UK and VAT in EU countries.

Price and
payment
Products and service prices, VAT and shipment are as shown on your invoice.
Changes to exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight and purchase costs may
cause SUPERDRAGON to adjust prices accordingly. Payment will be made before
supply or Service or, if agreed, within 30 days of the invoice date without
further notice from SUPERDRAGON. SUPERDRAGON may suspend deliveries or
Service until full payment for that order. If payment is late, and you
purchase as a company or organisation, the maximum statutory interest rate
will apply on the late amount The costs of recovery shall be payable by you.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.
Payment should be
made within 28 days after invoice date. Any late payments will be charged
with interests (Standard Bank of England Rate). Goods should be checked and
faulty/wrong items must be reported to us within 5 days after receiving it.
Any complaints outside this period will be disregarded.

Delivery
The delivery period is approximate. The place of delivery is stated in the
invoice or receipt. Product will be sent using ANC or Royal Mail Special
Delivery Next Day. Unless customers suggest, for the same order, we will compare
delivery costs of using ANC with Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day and then choose the
cheapest delivery method. The lowest delivery costs of ANC is £8.20
(including VAT). For Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, we will charge
delivery fee according to actual postage costs after weighing the products
of orders. Package fee will be charged for each order. The package fee is
from £0.60 to £1.50 depends on actual package cost of orders.
There are promotions from Superdragon
which will offer FREE delivery under promotion conditions within a valid
period, please make sure to check the promotional details to see whether or
not you are eligible for FREE delivery.
For
countries outside UK, delivery cost occurred according to actual shipping
cost.

Force Majeure
SUPERDRAGON is not liable for delays in delivery or services caused by
circumstances beyond its control and will be entitled to a time extension
for delivery of product or services; examples include strikes, terrorist
acts, war, supplier, transport, production problems, exchange fluctuations,
governmental or regulatory action and natural disasters. If this lasts more
than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without
compensation.

Confidentiality
Each party must treat all information received from the other marked
"confidential" or reasonably obvious to be confidential as it would treat
its own confidential information. All our price list, quotation, agreement
and contract should not provide to third parties.

Termination of
agreement, contract and orders
SUPERDRAGON may terminate agreement, contract or orders with immediate
written notice if you fail to pay on time. Either party may terminate if the
other: 1) commits a material or persistent breach of this Agreement and
fails to remedy this within 30 days of written notice from the other; or 2)
becomes insolvent or is unable to pay debts as they fall due.
