Topic: The Wrist & Ankle Acupuncture Therapy
I. Brief introduction of wrist and ankle acupuncture therapy
The wrist and ankle acupuncture therapy is a kind of treatment by using
stainless needles to stimulate the specific points near wrist and ankle to
treat the whole body illness. This treatment is especially effective to deal
with all sorts of pain syndromes, so it is widely used as a pain-relief
treatment in acupuncture clinic. It also helps lots of chronic disease and
ailments which are difficult to treat. Each treatment just need a couple of
needles and insert the needles very superficially. It is a completely
pain-free treatment. It can be used for different age group especially well
accepted by children. The needles can be implanted under the skin in the
selected points near wrist and ankle for a few hours to prolong the
therapeutic functions without affecting hand and foot movements.
